How does Truora Genie work?
The Genie is an interface that directly connects OpenAI's automated conversational software ChatGPT with Users via WhatsApp. Truora is interconnected with ChatGPT, and therefore, the Truora Genie serves as a facilitator between OpenAI's product and the Users. All communications and responses displayed by the Genie are generated exclusively by OpenAI's artificial intelligence technologies and not by Truora.
Personal data
- The Genie will request your prior authorization for Truora to collect, store, and use your personal data, such as your name and WhatsApp number. The purpose of processing your personal data is to be able to contact you later via WhatsApp. At the moment when, as a user, you click on "Accept," you are agreeing to the processing of personal data by Truora. This personal data will be treated in accordance with Truora's Data Privacy Policy.
- Do not share additional personal information! Truora will only collect your name and WhatsApp number, so we recommend not sharing or writing any additional information in the chat with the Genie.
Liability
- By using the Genie, you accept and acknowledge that it operates solely as an intermediary between OpenAI and the User. Therefore, you release Truora from any liability that may arise from the responses the Genie may provide to you.
- Likewise, you acknowledge that the conversation responses from the Genie may not be appropriate, accurate, or true. Therefore, you accept that it is your duty and responsibility to verify the information provided through other external sources that you consider appropriate.
- As a User, you release Truora from all liability for any decision, action, or omission you make based on chat conversations with the Genie.

Likewise, you acknowledge and agree that you meet all the requirements set forth in OpenAI's terms and conditions and that you are in compliance with the rules and laws of using ChatGPT according to your jurisdiction.
